Getting started on our Dispute Resolution Platform

Our dispute resolution platform is where consumers and suppliers interact with our case handlers, all working together to resolve service disputes across both the energy and communications sector.

After registering yourself on our system, you'll receive an email encouraging you to set a password. You'll then use this password to sign in.

The home screen of the dashboard displays all the cases assigned to your profile and will notify you by email when a case is assigned to you.

When a case is raised, simply sign back in and click the case to view more details.

Here, you'll be able to view the details of your case, submit responses, and upload evidence.

The case will move through our investigation process until we issue a decision.
