Small Business Annual Review
In December 2024 our remit was extended by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) to enable us to consider disputes between small businesses and their energy supplier or energy broker. Having previously been able to support microbusiness consumers, this remit extension allows us to offer our free and impartial service to 99% of UK businesses.
We want to share with the industry what we have found through the complaints that small businesses have brought to us, using our insights to drive positive progress.
