Go Effortless has ceased trading. Therefore, the partnership between Homeshift and Go Effortless Energy has ended. As Go Effortless was the licensed supplier and are no longer signed up to our scheme, we can't review your dispute. Octopus Energy has been appointed as the supplier of Go Effortless Energy customers as of 5 September 2020.
