Igloo Energy: we can't review your dispute because the supplier has ceased trading.

E.ON Next has been appointed by Ofgem to take on Igloo Energy customers, if you have been affected please read our update below.

Information for Igloo Energy customers

Igloo Energy ceased trading on 29 September 2021. As a result, we are not accepting any new disputes about the supplier. E.ON Next has been appointed by Ofgem to take on Igloo Energy customers. If you are unhappy with any element of the service E.ON Next offers as your new supplier, you should contact them in the first instance. If you complained to us about Igloo Energy before the supplier ceased trading and were awaiting action, we've now provided a written update to consumers.

Customers who have questions should visit the FAQs on Ofgem's website or if they need additional support, call Citizens Advice on 03454 04 05 06 or email them via their webform. Advice will also be shared on Ofgem's Twitter and Facebook channels.
