EDF Energy have acquired iSupply Energy's customer contracts (source), more information is available below. 

Information for affected consumers

  • If you moved to a supplier other than EDF Energy, you should contact that supplier for any continuing issues about your account or supply.
  • Customers who transferred can contact EDF Energy about any issues with their account or supply. If you complain to EDF Energy and cannot agree a resolution, we may be able to consider a dispute about EDF Energy.
