Omni Energy: we can't review your dispute because the supplier has ceased trading.

Utilita has been appointed by Ofgem to take on Omni Energy customers, if you have been affected please read our update below.

Information for Omni Energy customers

Omni Energy ceased trading on 2nd November 2021. As a result, we are not accepting any new disputes about the supplier. Utilita has been appointed by Ofgem to take on Omni Energy customers. If you are unhappy with any element of the service Utilita offers as your new supplier, you should contact them in the first instance. If you complained to us about Omni Energy before the supplier ceased trading and were awaiting action, we'll be providing a written update as soon as possible.

Customers who have questions should visit the FAQs on Ofgem's website or if they need additional support, call Citizens Advice on 03454 04 05 06 or email them via their webform. Advice will also be shared on Ofgem's Twitter and Facebook channels.
