PFP Energy: we can't review your dispute as the supplier has ceased trading.

British Gas has been appointed by Ofgem to take on PfP Energy customers, if you have been affected please read our update below.

Information for PfP Energy customers

PfP Energy ceased trading on 7th September 2021. As a result, we are not accepting any new complaints about the company. British Gas has been appointed by Ofgem to take on PfP Energy customers. If you are unhappy with any element of the service British Gas offers as your new supplier, you should contact them in the first instance. If you complained to us about PfP Energy before the company ceased trading and were awaiting action, please read our latest written response to all affected customers below.
