MA Energy ceased trading on 3rd November 2021. As a result, we are not accepting any new disputes about the supplier. SmartestEnergy has been appointed by Ofgem to take on MA Energy customers. If you complained to us about MA Energy before the supplier ceased trading, we'll be providing a written update as soon as possible.

As a result of the companies ceasing to trade, we are not accepting any new disputes about these companies. If you are unhappy with any element of the service provided by SmartestEnergy as your new supplier, you should contact them in the first instance.
