Raise dispute
Energy Supplier

Energy Sussex has left the energy market, so we may not be able to review your dispute.

More information for consumers affected by the sale of Robin Hood Energy is available below.

Information for affected consumers

British Gas recently took over responsibility for Robin Hood Energy customers. Robin Hood Energy also powered several regional energy companies under a white label arrangement (including this supplier) so affected customers will also move over to British Gas.

  • If you transferred to British Gas when this supplier ceased trading, you should now register your dispute against British Gas, even if your dispute is about the time you were this supplier.
  • If you switched away from this supplier (when it was still operated by Robin Hood Energy, before British Gas took over your supply) then British Gas will not be responsible for your dispute and unfortunately, on this occasion, we will not be able to offer further assistance.

Creating your case online is the fastest way to get your information to us, however you can also do this by email, telephone and post
