Whoop Energy & Xcel Energy ceased trading on 18th February 2022. As a result, we are not accepting any new disputes about the supplier. Yu Energy has been appointed by Ofgem to take on affected customers. If you complained to us about these suppliers before the companies ceased trading, we'll be providing a written update as soon as possible.
