British Gas recently took over responsibility for Robin Hood Energy customers. Robin Hood Energy also powered several regional energy companies under a white label arrangement (including this supplier) so affected customers will also move over to British Gas.
- If you transferred to British Gas when this supplier ceased trading, you should now register your dispute against British Gas, even if your dispute is about the time you were this supplier.
- If you switched away from this supplier (when it was still operated by Robin Hood Energy, before British Gas took over your supply) then British Gas will not be responsible for your dispute and unfortunately, on this occasion, we will not be able to offer further assistance.
