Neo Energy: we cannot review your dispute as the supplier has ceased trading.

Octopus Energy has been appointed by Ofgem to take on Neo Energy customers, if you have been affected please read our update below.

Information for Neo Energy customers

Neo Energy (UKEIH) ceased trading on 9th July 2022. As a result, we are not accepting any new disputes about the supplier. Octopus Energy has been appointed by Ofgem to take on Neo Energy and Northumbria Energy customers. If you are unhappy with any element of the service Octopus Energy offers as your new supplier, you should contact them in the first instance. If you complained to us about Neo Energy before the supplier ceased trading and were awaiting action, we've now provided a written update to affected consumers.

Updates are available from Ofgem's website or through their twitter feed @ofgem.

Customers who have questions should visit the FAQs on Ofgem's website or if they need additional support, call Citizens Advice on 03454 04 05 06 or email them via their webform. Advice will also be shared on Ofgem's Twitter and Facebook channels.
