Rebel Energy: we can't review your dispute because the company has ceased trading.

British Gas has been appointed by Ofgem to take on Rebel Energy consumers. If you’ve been affected, please read our update below.

Rebel Energy ceased trading on 1st April 2025. As a result, we’re not accepting any new disputes about the company. British Gas has been appointed by Ofgem to take on Rebel Energy consumers. If you’re unhappy with any element of the service British Gas offers as your new supplier, you should contact them in the first instance. If you’ve raised a dispute to us about Rebel Energy before the company ceased trading and we’re awaiting action, we'll be providing a written update as soon as possible.
