Robin Hood Energy is leaving the Energy market

British Gas has recently taken over responsibility of former Robin Hood Energy customers. We will not be able to accept any further disputes about this supplier, more information is available below.

Information for affected consumers

  • If you transferred to British Gas, you should now register your dispute against British Gas, even if your dispute is about the time you were with Robin Hood Energy.
  • If you switched away from Robin Hood Energy before British Gas took over customers' supplies, then British Gas will not be responsible for your dispute and unfortunately, on this occasion, we will not be able to offer further assistance.
