Tomato Energy: we can’t review your complaint because the company has ceased trading

Tomato Energy ceased trading on 5 November 2025. As a result, we are not accepting any new disputes about the company. British Gas has been appointed by Ofgem to take on Tomato Energy customers. If you are unhappy with any element of the service British Gas offers as your new supplier, you should contact them in the first instance. If you have registered a dispute with us about Tomato Energy before the company ceased trading and were awaiting action, we'll be providing a written update as soon as possible.

Please confirm the following in order to continue:

I confirm the account holder has given the supplier 8 weeks to resolve the issue and is ready to complain and/or has received a Deadlock Letter referring them to the Energy Ombudsman.

I confirm Tomato Energy matches the company name written on the account holder’s bill.
