Whoop Energy: we can't review your dispute because the supplier has ceased trading.

Yu Energy has been appointed by Ofgem to take on Whoop Energy customers, if you have been affected please read our update below.

Information for Whoop Energy customers

Whoop Energy ceased trading on 18th February 2022. As a result, we are not accepting any new disputes about the supplier. Yu Energy has been appointed by Ofgem to take on Whoop Energy customers. If you are unhappy with any element of the service Yu Energy offers as your new supplier, you should contact them in the first instance. If you complained to us about Whoop Energy before the supplier ceased trading and were awaiting action, we'll be providing a written update as soon as possible.
