Sainsbury's Energy: we may be able to review your dispute.

Sainsbury's Energy is a trading name used under license currently by E.ON Next (from 5th February 2019) but previously used by British Gas. Disputes about services received by Sainsbury's Energy should be raised against the license holder at the time of services received.

Information for affected consumers

  • If you have a dispute about the service you received from Sainsbury's Energy which started prior to 5 February 2019 please register your dispute against British Gas.
  • If your dispute is about the service received from Sainsbury's Energy after 5 February 2019 please register your dispute against E.ON Next.
