Social Energy Supply Ltd ceased trading on 16th November 2021. As a result, we are not accepting any new disputes about the supplier. British Gas has been appointed by Ofgem to take on Social Energy Supply Ltd customers. If you are unhappy with any element of the service British Gas offers as your new supplier, you should contact them in the first instance.
